Januray 2012

Happy New Year!! This month we went to the Living Planet Aquarium.  Aidan and I went with my older sister Kristine and her family and Grandma.  Aidan loved the aquarium.  He was running and looking in all the displays to see what was in them.

December 2011

We had a great Christmas. Aidan got a Thomas the Train Misty Island set for Christmas from Santa.  When he saw it under the tree he didn't want to open any other presents. Grandma and i would ask Aidan,"do you want to open a present?" he would say No I am just fine.  We took three days for him to open his presents.

November 2011

We had a great Thanksgiving. we ate dinner at my sister Kristine's house. It was good to see the whole family.

October 2011

October was a crazy month. I dressed up as a railroad worker for work.  Our team was a railroad station.  Aidan was sick.  I took him to the ward Trunk or Treat.  He really wasn't into the whole Halloween thing and didn't want to wear a costume so i didn't make him. He was cranky because he wan't feeling well.  The weather was also cold and windy.

Aidan and I had are yearly pics at a park.  It was hard to get pictures of him because he kept running all over.

August 2011

In august I was a fairly for my work family farm day. We put on a little tea party of the kids.  They got a sugar cookie with lavender frosting and some lavender lemonade.    It was a of fun!!

Aidan had his 2nd birthday.  I can't believe he is already 2. For Aidan's birthday we went and saw all the farm animals at Thanksgiving Point.  He had a lot of fun on his birthday seeing all the animals and playing with his cousins.

At the end of June -First of July Aidan, my mom and my older sister went to see my little sister(Kari) in Clayton, CA.  She had her 3rd baby Alyssa Martin on July 1. It was was a fun and crazy trip.  The day Kari had her baby i had to watch 4 kids 3 and under. One 3yr old, One 2yr old, one 1yr old(Aidan) and a three month old baby.

For the Fourth of July.  We were still in Clayton. We went to the parade.

I also did my first 5k run at the Lavender 5K run in Mona, Utah.  I ran it in 45.42 min.  I think that is good considering I really didn't train for it because i didn't have time.

I had my 4th sinus surgery in June.  Those darn polyps and allergies keep getting me.

Happy Mother's Day!! My brother, Brian got my Mom and Me flowers for Mother's Day.

I am so grateful to be a Mom. I am so blessed to have Aidan in my life everyday.

My older sister Kristine had her 6th child. Justin Daniels in April.  Aidan wasn't quite sure what to think of Justin when he first saw him.  He didn't want to go near  Justin at first.  While I was holding Justine, Aidan got more used to seeing Justin and warmed up to him.  He loves to see Justin now.

Aidan was so excited to see his new cousin he fell asleep on the way to the hospital.

 

We had a Extended family Easter lunch and Easter egg hunt with my aunt and uncle and cousins.  It was held outside.  We had to put several layers of clothes on to stay warm.
